2020 Production Safety During COVID-19

Hello from us here at Apex! We wanted to dedicate a page we can share with clients as events progress.

At Apex Photo Studios the health and safety of our clients and employees are of paramount importance.  As we follow CDC and Local guidelines on reopening, the following steps will be taken to ensure your safety as well as ours.

MONITORING

Always follow the updated State & local guidelines about the current conditions in & around your working area.

Masks and protective equipment must be worn at all times during the shoot.

Although we make sure the studios are properly cleaned before use, we recommend that your production budget includes purchasing sanitizers, cleaning and protective supplies(PPE’s).

Personal Protective Equipment (masks, gloves, hazard suits, face shields, booties) are available for purchase.

Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.

Limited use of the common areas will be allowed pending the number of people present.

Productions should be reduced to the minimum number of people necessary.

Apex Photo Studios will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our studios before and after each shoot.

Equipment will be sanitized before and after every use.

We require each production to examine all crew members the night before the shoot, and the day of the shoot to check for possible symptoms and make sure no exposure to the virus is present.

Crew will have temperatures taken before the shoot, and anyone with a fever or exhibiting symptoms will not be allowed on set.

Identification will be required of all crew members, cast, and participants in the shoot.

Maximum capacity for Studios A,B,C, and D is 6 people.

Maximum capacity for Studios E,F and Rooftops is 10 people.

Should these guidelines not be strictly followed we reserve the right to terminate the shoot.

Feel free to contact us with any specific questions.

We look forward to seeing you here at Apex soon!
